Inclusion

  • Assistance upon arrival and departure in leh
  • All hotel/guest house or camp accommodation on double/twin/triple sharing basis as per option selected.
  • Meal plan map basis (bed tea+ breakfast + dinner). (05 breakfast + 05 dinner).
  • Welcome in ladakhi style tea in hotel or guest house.
  • All transfers, sightseeing & overland journey by non-air-conditioned vehicle as per the programme, point to point basis, not at disposal (pick up from leh airport till leh airport drop) airport transfer at Leh.
  • Permit charges - (wild life fee, red cross fee, inner line permits to nubra valley & pangong lake, ladakh entry fee).
  • First add medical kit in taxi.
  • All applicable luxury/ road taxes.

  • Air fare to and from Leh.
  • Heater charges.
  • Any services not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Monument & museum entry fee, guide fee, camera fee, camel rides, rafting etc.
  • Extra personal costs e.g. laundry, telephone, tips, extra food, lunch, drinks, cigarettes, mineral water etc
  • Medical/travel insurance, medical costs or expenses of any other nature not mentioned in the inclusions above
  • Additional cost due to flight cancellation/ road blocks ill health, political /union issues, or any reasons beyond control, emergency evacuation etc
  • Oxygen can/ cylinder.
  • Any change in program made by the guest while in Leh; additional cost will have to be paid to our local office directly.

Day 1

ARRIVAL

Arrival Leh, Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (this must be one of the most sensational flights in the world. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of k2, nanga parbat, gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the nun kun massif) Upon arrival you will met by our representative and transfer to hotel for check in. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize followed by welcome tea or coffee at the hotel. Evening visit Shanti stupa. Later visit the market (stay for 01hour only). Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2

LEH - EXCURSION TO SHAM VALLEY UPTO SANGAM (90 KMS ROUND TRIP)

After breakfast, You drive downstream along the river indus on leh – kargil highway, and start our sightseeing with hall of fame (museum constructed by india army) near leh is worth a visit for every indian, and proceed further to Gurudwarapatthar sahib nestled deep in the himalayas, a drive of another 4 km take us to magnetic hill which defies the law of gravity & further driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the confluence of the indus and zanskar river, after visiting above places we drive back to lehenroute visiting spituk monastery, built in 15th century during the reign of grags ‘bum-lde, these new gelug-pa monastery was built like fortress on the summit of crags.Return back to leh. In the evening, relax and at your hotel. Over stay in Leh followed by Dinner.

Day 3

LEH–NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDUNG LA 18,390 FT. (120 KMS / 5 – 6 HRS)

Post breakfast, We drive to nubra valley. The road journey from leh to nubra valley passes over khardung la (the highest motorable road in the world) at 5,602 mtrs / 18,390 ft, around 39 km from leh, From the pass, one can see all the way south over the indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the zanskar range, and north to the giants of the saser massif. Nubra valley is popularly known as ldumra or the valley of flowers, it is situated in the north of ladakh between the karakoram and ladakh ranges of the himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in nubra, We check in at our camp / hotel in hunder for overnight stay. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world, a visit to a ladakhi home on your own can be arranged followed by overnight stay and dinner at the camp or hotel.

Day 4

NUBRA TO PANGONG

After an early breakfast, check out and head for pangong tso via shyok. Travel time is aproximately 5-6 hrs.

Day 5

PANGONG TO LEH (140 KMS / 6 HRS)

Wake up calls by the migratory birds this morning, Post Breakfast, Indulge in the walk beside the lake or go for a photography splurge. Later depart for leh enroute visit hemis gompa. On arrival at Leh, check into your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure on your own, followed by dinner and overnight in leh.

Day 6

DEPARTURE

After having breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for your journey back home. Come home with Great Memories.!

1. Booking and Payment:
a. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
b. Full payment for the selected package must be made before the commencement of the adventure or holiday.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Cancellations made by the participant:
 - Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
 - Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.
b. Cancellations made by Travone Holidays:
 - We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Travel Insurance:
a. It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
b. Travone Holidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the lack of appropriate travel insurance.

4. Health and Fitness:
a. Participants must be in good physical condition and health to join our adventures. Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
b. Travone Holidays reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who is not physically fit for the chosen adventure.

5. Liability:
a. Travone Holidays and its partners will not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.
b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should follow the guidance of our guides and instructors.

6. Itinerary Changes:
a. Travone Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
b. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative activities or accommodations in such cases.

7. Code of Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to follow local customs and laws and to treat fellow participants, staff, and local communities with respect.
b. Any disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the trip without a refund.

8. Privacy Policy:
a. Personal information provided to Travone Holidays will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the adventure or holiday.
b. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Complaints and Disputes:
a. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to our attention immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

10. Passport Guideline:
a. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date and has sufficient blank pages for visa stamps. Also, check the specific entry requirements of your destination country

11. Governing Law:
