Same amount will be deposited in your Pan Card which you can claim at the time of filing your Income Tax Return.For Example your TCS ( Tax Collected at Source) given to us is INR 5000.We will deposit the same amount in your Pan Card and while filing your ITR you have to pay Income Tax of INR 10000/-.But you will pay only INR 5000 ( As we have already deposited INR 5000 in advance which you paid us)

Cost incidental to any change in the Itinerary/Stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Day 1

ARRIVAL MAURITIUS

Upon arrival Mauritius, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel by a shared vehicle. Check in and rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner will be served in one of the restaurants at the hotel. Overnight at hotel. Meals: Dinner.

Day 2

FULL DAY EXCURSION TO ILE AUX CERFS

After breakfast, Drive to Belle Mare to enjoy aquatic activities like parasailing*, undersea walk*, waterfall visit * or banana tube ride*. Drive to Trou d’Eau douce for the speedboat transfer to Ile aux Cerfs, the islet with the most beautiful beach and the clearest turquoise water. Free on island up to 15h30. Return back to mainland by speedboat. Drive back to hotel. *Optional activities at a supplement Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 3

FULL DAY SOUTH ISLAND TOUR

After breakfast, Drive to Curepipe. Visit the ship making factory. Shopping at the duty free shops in Floreal. View the scenic town of Curepipe & its surroundings from the extinct crater of Trou aux Cerfs. Afternoon drive through the nature park of Black River & Plaine Champagne to Chamarel village. Stop at Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao) sacred lake & view the stunning 108 feet statue of “Mangal Mahadev”. Visit Chamarel / La Valley des couleurs (Depending on availability from the supplier’s end), where the earths form beautiful patterns of color in the exposed hillsides. Drive back to hotel. Day 4

FULL DAY NORTH ISLAND TOUR PORT LOUIS CITY

After breakfast, Drive to Port Louis for a visit of the capital via the Citadel & its surrounding area, and one of the oldest in the world. Afterwards drive to Le Caudan/Port Louis Waterfront, with some 170 shops it is a must Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Day 5 : Day free at leisure After breakfast, the rest of the day is free at leisure by your own or you can enjoy the several games like beach volley ball, beach badminton, bocce balls and darts. enjoy the glass bottom boat. DAY AT LEISURE

After breakfast, you can spend time on your own or take an optional tour.Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6

DEPARTURE from Mauritius

After breakfast, it is time to bid goodbye to Mauritius. Check-out of the hotel. You can rest in the hotel at ocean side as you have already checked out for the day and transfer to the airport to board your flight to Dubai.

Dubai City Tour (In the Morning) + Burj Khalifa 124th Floor Non Prime with Ticket & Transfer + Dubai Mall + Evening Fountain Show

1. Booking and Payment:

a. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

b. Full payment for the selected package must be made before the commencement of the adventure or holiday.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Cancellations made by the participant:

- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

- Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.

b. Cancellations made by Travone Holidays:

- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Travel Insurance:

a. It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

b. Travone Holidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the lack of appropriate travel insurance.

4. Health and Fitness:

a. Participants must be in good physical condition and health to join our adventures. Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

b. Travone Holidays reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who is not physically fit for the chosen adventure.

5. Liability:

a. Travone Holidays and its partners will not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.

b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should follow the guidance of our guides and instructors.

6. Itinerary Changes:

a. Travone Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

b. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative activities or accommodations in such cases.

7. Code of Conduct:

a. Participants are expected to follow local customs and laws and to treat fellow participants, staff, and local communities with respect.

b. Any disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the trip without a refund.

8. Privacy Policy:

a. Personal information provided to Travone Holidays will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the adventure or holiday.

b. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Complaints and Disputes:

a. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to our attention immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

10. Passport Guideline:
a. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date and has sufficient blank pages for visa stamps. Also, check the specific entry requirements of your destination country

11. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
